NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to <br />1���"�''/A�'P�2.0"V� the request by Ramsey County for an INTERIM USE PERMIT in accordance <br />with Section $1012.09 of tbe Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions; <br />1. The temporary use shall be limited to the recycling of materials that are currently <br />stockpiled on the subject property. <br />The temporary operation shall employ "best management practices" (e.g., <br />watering piles, installing silt fencing, etc.) to control dust and potential stockpile <br />erosion in the event of a rain storm — said erosion control plan must be reviewed <br />and approved by the City �ngineer. <br />3. Hours of the recycling operation, including hauling and stockpiling, shall be <br />limited to weekdays from 7:OE} a.m. to 6:0� p.m. <br />4. Written notices shall he sent to property owners within the postcard (i.e., <br />Roseville's public hearing notice) distribution area one week prior to crushing so <br />that they may plan accordingly. Addresses will be provided to the applicant. <br />5. The INTERIM USE PERMIT shall be valid for a period of one week, beginning <br />with the commencement of recycling activity, which must be completedby May <br />31,2007. If Ramsey County is unable to begin the recycling operation in time to <br />finish before the May 31,2007 deadline, the recycling operationmay take place <br />over a one-weekperiod between November 1,2007 and December 1,2007. <br />6. The recycled material shall be removed from the site within one year of the <br />completion of the recycling operation. <br />The motion for the deniaUadoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the followingvoted against: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly den.ied/passec� and adopted. <br />
