Planning Commission Action: 6-0 Approval Recommendation, March 7,2007. <br />. Anticipated City Council Action: March 26,2007. <br />SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />2.1 On March 7,2007, the Roseville Planning Commissionheld the public hearing regarding <br />the MSP request and voted (6-0) to approve the request for a PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY <br />EASEMENT VACATION and PRELIMINARY PLAT, subject to 5 conditions. <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br />3.1 ADOPT a RESOLUTION APPROVING the VACATION of a PEDESTRIAN <br />PATHWAY EASEMENT and APPROVE the PRELIMINARYIF�NAL PLAT of <br />VENTURE �� ADDITION wlcanditio�s (see Section 8 for detailed recommendation). <br />PF07-014_RCA_032607.dac Page 1 of 4 <br />
