NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant the <br />PEDESTRIAN EASEMENT VACATION lying in the northeast comer of the above identified <br />property, based on the information contained in the project report dated March 26,2007, and the <br />following condition: <br />1. The vacated portion of the pedestrian easement shall be rededicated iinmediately <br />after the plat, Venture 4� Addition is recorded with i2.anc�sey County. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />And Member voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />� �f 3 <br />
