My Office receivedthe Plat of MSP Addition for review August 11,2006. Preliminary Plat copies were distributed to other interested parties August 15,2006. On August 21,2006 we received a revised plat with a name change to Venture 4th Addition. We reviewed the subject plat dated August 21 and sent comments and necessary corrections back to the surveyor October 17,2006. One of the necessary corrections was to show the public thoroughfare described as a public trail on easement document #3795935, dated September 28, 2004 and also described as a public trail on an amendment to easement Document #3$50586, dated March 25,2005. We requested the trail to be designated as a"Pedestrian Way" and be dedicated to the public as an existing thoroughfare on the subject plat. Several phone calls were received from the surveyors, attorneys, the City and the developer as they had been advised they did not have to show the thoroughfare. By phone and also on the plat correction sheets from October 2006 until present we advised them all t�at t�e existing public tr�il had to be� �hoti�� or:�aca�ed f�: the plat to be �i��°� for recording.
