E On January 31,2005, the City Planner presented the City Council with an RCA seeking <br />final approval of the Greenhouse Village Planned Unit Development. One component of <br />this approval sought the rezoning of the properiy from an existing B-2, Retail Business <br />District (former Lebens Greenhouse site) and �t-1, Single Family District (existing <br />residence) to PUD, Planned Unit Developmentwith an underlying zoning of R-3, General <br />Residence District (for 102 senior units) and R-6, Townhouse District (for 7 town home <br />units). <br />�.? A review of the digital record (PF�548) concludes that the DRAFT ordinance developed <br />for the January 31,2005 meeting was incorrect. Further, the digital file does not include <br />a FINAL ordinance so it is difficult to conclude how the incorrect version was provided <br />to the Administration Department for publication. <br />�. � The proposed REZONING CORRECTION will establishthe zoning of the two properties <br />(Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block l, Greenhouse Village) as was anticipated in the January 31,2005 <br />City Council approval. <br />�i.� STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />= 2 �.1 Approve the attached ORDIANCE correcting the zoning designation of Lot 1 and Lot 2, <br />�; Block l, Greenhouse Village—consistent with the City Council approval of the project on <br />3� January 31,2005. <br />:�.� <br />3� �.� SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />3� '�.
