ORDINANCE N0.1314 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF T H E CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MA.P DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTYAT 1017 <br />& 1021 LARPENTEURAVENUE FROM RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-2) <br />AND SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (I�-�) TO GENERAL <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-3) AND TOPWN HOME DISTRICT (R-6). <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section l. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuantto Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council considerationon P�`3548, the following property, located at 1017 and 1021 <br />Lazpenteur Avenue, is hereby rezoned as follows: <br />Lot l, Block 1 Greenhouse Village <br />is hereby rezoned fro� Retail Business District (B-2) to General Business District <br />(B-3); and <br />Lot 2, Block 1 Greenhouse Village <br />is hereby rezoned from Retail Business District (B-2) and Single Family <br />Residence District to Town Home District (R-6) <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall <br />take effect upon: <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. Recording of the final plat with Ramsey County. <br />Passed this 31 s� day of January 2005. <br />
