EXTRACT OF �UTE� OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of T2amsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26" day of March 2007, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH $1005.015 AND $1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />FOR KIMCO REALTY AND STARBUCKS COFFEE, <br />1800 HIGHWAY 36 FRONTAGE ROAD (PF07-009). <br />WHEREAS, Starbucks Coffee (in cooperation with Kimco Realty, property owner) has <br />requested a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow for the development of stand alone cafe a <br />single lane drive-thru on the subject premises in accordance with � 1005.015 and §� O1.3.01 of the <br />Roseville City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 1800 Highway 36 Frontage Road and <br />legally described as: <br />REQUIRES PROPER LEGAL <br />WHEREAS, Section 1013 establishes the criteria for reviewing conditional use permits, <br />which is as follows: <br />a Impact on t�affic <br />b. Compatibilitywith � City's ComprehensivePlan <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />Starbucks Coffee request on February 7,2007, recommending (6-0) approval of the <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, subject to conditions; <br />
