EXTRACT OF �UTE� OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of T2amsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26" day of March 2007, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH $1005.015 AND $1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR KIMCO REALTY AND STARBUCKS COFFEE, 1800 HIGHWAY 36 FRONTAGE ROAD (PF07-009). WHEREAS, Starbucks Coffee (in cooperation with Kimco Realty, property owner) has requested a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow for the development of stand alone cafe a single lane drive-thru on the subject premises in accordance with � 1005.015 and §� O1.3.01 of the Roseville City Code; and WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 1800 Highway 36 Frontage Road and legally described as: REQUIRES PROPER LEGAL WHEREAS, Section 1013 establishes the criteria for reviewing conditional use permits, which is as follows: a Impact on t�affic b.
