The conditional use permit shall expire within six months of the date of City <br />_ Council approval if a building permit is not obtained for the approved <br />�, development (Section 1013.03 of the City Code). <br />Y �.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br />r, #i. ] On �`e'bruary 7;2007., the Roseville Plannin� Commission held the oublic hearing <br />. regarding the Kimeo/Staxla�c�s proposal. At the meeting no citizens addressed the <br />.� commission. The City Planner did provide comments regardin� traffic and discussed the <br />L� options available to the Planning Commission regarding conditions for the proposed use <br />��� and its need ��r a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. <br />II <br />l? �.'_' The Planning Commission did have a few questions of staff. Mernb�r Boerigter asked <br />i�. about the trash enclosure and the City Planners desire to locate closer to the proposed <br />i a structure, and a couple of inembers asked questions pertaining to traffic and parl�ing. <br />�� <br />��L �. � The Planning Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval of the requested <br />-� � CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, subj ect to revised conditions.
