Thomas Paschke <br />March 07,2007 <br />➢ During the PM peak hour, the duration of the average drive-thru service time was approximately <br />2:12 with a maximum observed time of 3:41. <br />Additional Observations <br />� As an alternative to the backed-up drive-thru lane, many patrons were observed parking their <br />vehicle and entering the business. <br />9 Snow management strategies could improve the circulation of the site. Presence of the large <br />snow piles in the parking lot adjacent to the drive-thru lane was observed to inhibit vehicles <br />from circulating around the drive-thru lane to the parking lot. Consequently, sotaae of these <br />vehicles had to wait in the drive-thru lane. <br />9 During the PM peak hour, there were inany observed shared trips �irom the retail land used <br />located just north of the site. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to address your traffic e��gi�ieerin� concerns.
