Mayor Klausing noted that he would seek the applicant's thoughts 1� on the delay; however, focused attention on the specific tests applicable to t 3 the requested Conditional Use Permit to be considered by the City Council 14 for the d�ive-�hru portion of the site; and the six criteria to be used for con- �� sideration. Ihlan moved, Roe seconded, CONTINUATION until the regular City Coun- cil meeting of March 26, 2007, or within a reasonable time frame immedi- ately after that in consideration of other Agenda items, consideration of a resolution approving a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Roseville City Code, Sections 1005.015 and 1013.01, for Kimco Realty and Starbucks Coffee, 1800 Highway 36 Frontage Road (PF 07-009). Joe Samuel, Senior P.E. with RLI� Consulting Engineers, was present representing the applicant. Mr. Samuel requested Council consideration for the applicant utilizing the 2007 construction season; was amenable to the de- lay, but respectfully requested that the City Council hear and consider the application at their March 26,2007 meeting to avoid additional delay. Councilmember Roe requested additional information that he had relayed to Community Development Director John Stark earlier in the week.
