Councilmember Roe <br />questioned the final product the Council wanted, and whether it may make <br />more sense to completely rewrite it anyway. Presentation of Roseville Area High School (RAHS) Earth Group Envi- <br />ronmental Project <br />RAHS Students Natalie Tungsvick; Rebecca Baldridge; and their Ea�th <br />G�oup Envi�onmental Club Advisor Mary Schifsky were present with Ms. <br />Tungsvick and Ms. Baldridge making a presentation to the City Council and <br />encouraging the City's participation in the "Cool Cities" campaign, recog- <br />nizing global warming and climate change issues, and the need for citizens <br />and communities to be a vital part of making improvements on a local level <br />to make a global impact. <br />Ms. Tungsvick reviewed the Kyoto Protocol and it's mission; international <br />involvement to-date with 418 mayors across the nation signing the docu- <br />
