Mr. Walde also advised that <br />1� the debris sand from the bridge site that would be stored on-site, was <br />1� of a more coarse variety. <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />� <br />�� <br />2� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�l <br />3� <br />:�� <br />�� <br />35 <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />Klausing moved, Roe seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10486 <br />entitled, "A Resolution Approving an Interim Use Permit in Accor- <br />dance with Roseville City Code, Section 1012.09, for Nadeau Exca- <br />vating at 2814 Cleveland Avenue (PF 07-010);"approving excavation <br />for a one acre area in the southeast comer (Dorso parcel); and <br />amended to include Condition " H that the contractor will use best <br />management practices, approved by the City Engineer, to control dust <br />and debris on site. <br />Councilmember Ihlan spoke against the motion for the reasons previ- <br />ously sited and impacts on the residents and park users. <br />Councilmember Pust clarified condition "g" with staff related to the <br />interim use permit period of 10 months; with staff clarifying that if an <br />extension were required, the applicant would have to come back be- <br />fore the City Council, rather than for an administrative approval by <br />staff. <br />
