Mr. Walde also advised that 1� the debris sand from the bridge site that would be stored on-site, was 1� of a more coarse variety. �� �� �� �� � �� 2� �� �� �� �� �l 3� :�� �� 35 �� �� �� Klausing moved, Roe seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10486 entitled, "A Resolution Approving an Interim Use Permit in Accor- dance with Roseville City Code, Section 1012.09, for Nadeau Exca- vating at 2814 Cleveland Avenue (PF 07-010);"approving excavation for a one acre area in the southeast comer (Dorso parcel); and amended to include Condition " H that the contractor will use best management practices, approved by the City Engineer, to control dust and debris on site. Councilmember Ihlan spoke against the motion for the reasons previ- ously sited and impacts on the residents and park users. Councilmember Pust clarified condition "g" with staff related to the interim use permit period of 10 months; with staff clarifying that if an extension were required, the applicant would have to come back be- fore the City Council, rather than for an administrative approval by staff.
