City Attorney Anderson <br />advised that according to Minnesota Statute Section13D.05 of the Open <br />Meeting Law, closure was permitted under the attarney/clien� privilege. <br />City Attorney Anderson indicated that in order to advance the public <br />interest, it was necessary for him to consult with the Council <br />confidentially on the pending litigation involving a contested case <br />administrative matter in front � an Administrative Law Judge regarding <br />AYel's Char House. City Attorney Anderson indicated he wanted to <br />discuss the status of the hearing for suspension of AYel's liquor license, <br />and strategies, tactics and legal claims in the context of that hearing <br />Mayor Klausing again opened the Special Meeting in Open Session, and <br />on a unanimous vote (5/0} the meeting was closed and the Council <br />reconvened at 5:51 p.m. in Executive Session Mayor Klausing adjourned <br />the meeting at 6:15 p.m. <br />
