I would expect Sfiarbuc�'s focus on local clientele will divert a steady <br />stream of patrons from the existing traffic at our cross-roads to the center, which will <br />only enhance Golfsmith's visibility. The only drawback is that tiaey are not a strong <br />regional draw, so they will not bring Golfsmith any customers from outside our <br />immediate traffic pattern. <br />Additionally, many of the guests who visit Golfsmith will be pleased that there is such a <br />high quality refreshment stop immediately adjacentto 1h� Go�fsz�r�i�h facility. This should <br />be a very good symbiotic relationship that will help each merchant, and will drive tax <br />dollars into the Roseville treasury.
