<br />I think building $500,000 to $600,000 houses u� an area where most houses would sell for $250,000-$300,000 doesn't
<br />make any sense.
<br />Increase in property taxes while property value did not increase (increased on paper but could not sell for that big
<br />increase so in effect our property value did not increase.)
