In a low density area (large lots) a new development or lot split should be required to have a
larger lot than the rF.ii.n size. Twin Lakes planning was looking good. I don't blame the
people around it for not wanting change. But when it will be finished it will make a lot of
good homes sites and business sites. I hope when construction picks up we can proceed.
The setback should be staggered so that the houses arc not all in one line.
People living nert to new construction should have a say on new construction or additions
and remodeling.
Low density areas should stay close to same as before new construction.
The number of lots that could be split appears to be e:y few. I think it would have no
sigricant impact on RaseviJle if all of the lots that could be split were divided into the
rriiim.um size allowjed by the current Rasevilie restrictions. Also, I'm not in favor of
private roads which may result in maintenance problems in the future that the city needs to
pay for.
Single-FamilyLot Split Open House: March 15,2006 ri
