Delivery and Implementation <br />The City desires to take delivery of the final report on Friday June 29t�' by 4:3b p.m. <br />containing the audit information, the feasibility study and the conceptual designs unless <br />otherwiseagreed upon in writing by the City of Roseville. <br />The Consultant shall be responsible for final document reproduction. Any software, <br />research, reports, studies, estimates, data, photographs, negatives or other documents, <br />drawings or materials prepared by the Consultant for the project shall be the exclusive <br />property of the City and all such materials shall be delivered to the City at the completion <br />of the project. The final report will be presented to the Roseville City Council at a regular <br />meeting allowing a question and answer period. <br />EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION BY CONTRACTOR PROHIBITED <br />During the performance of a contract awarded pursuant to this advertised "Request for <br />Proposals", the contractor agrees as follows: <br />{�.
