Liquor License — Public Hearing and Con�idera�ioa� of an on-Sale <br />Intoxicating and Sunday Liquor License for California Pizza <br />Kitchen, 854 ��s�dale Center <br />Mayor Klausing opened the Public Hearing at 6:13 p.m. <br />Finance Director Miller provided a brief summation of the request for <br />an On-Sa1e and Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License for California <br />Pizza Kitchen, located at 854 Rosedale Center in the new �oseda�e <br />Plaza addition. Mr. Miller advised that the necessary fees had been <br />paid by the applicant; and that the City had completed the necessary <br />background investigations. <br />Mayor Klausing closed the Public Hearing at 6:15 p.m., with no one <br />appeared for or against. <br />Roe moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of an On-Sale and Sunday In- <br />toxicating liquor license for California Pizza Kitchen, located at 854 <br />Ros�dale Center, for the term of April 1, 2007 through December 31, <br />2007. <br />�� Roll Call <br />2� Ayes: Ihlan; Roe; Pust and Klausing. <br />��� Nays: None. <br />;�� <br />�1 <br />�� <br />�� <br />� <br />�� <br />10.
