The person is appointed by <br />resolution. <br />In 2005, Councilmember Kough was appointed to a position on the North Suburban <br />Cable Commission. However, if Councilmember Kough is unable to attend a meeting, <br />another representative cannot attend the meeting in his place and vote. Therefore in <br />Councilmember Kough's absence the City of Roseville would not have voting rights at <br />North Suburban Cable Commission meetings. <br />The City may by resolution appoint an alternate to represent the City at the North <br />Suburban Cable Commission meetings with voting authority. <br />Council Action Reauested: <br />Motion to adopt a resolution appointing an alternate to the North Suburban Cable <br />Commission. <br />
