Section 2 of the agreement between the City and the North <br />Suburban Cable Commission, states that a director sha11 be appointed by <br />resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, if an appointed member is unable to fi�1�ll his or her duties, the City of Roseville <br />would not be represented on the North Suburban Cable Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville appoints as an <br />alternate to the North Suburban Cable Commission on Apri123, 2007 for a term <br />that ends on December 31,2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br />WHEREt7PON said resolutionwas declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
