Public Comment John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street Mr. Kysylyczyn stated that he had "the other 50% of report that was missing," and provided several Bench Handouts, including a memo dated February 6, 2002 from him (as Mayor) to the City Council and entitled, "lnfrastructure Investment Initiative - I�";" and "History of and Solution for Roseville Fire Station # 1(presented by John Ky- sylyczyn, Mayor 2000 — 2004); Mr. Kysylyczyn disputed Fire Chief Gasaway's interpretation of fire call comparisons from 1977 to 2007; as well as the Fire Department's use of a strategic plan, that hadn't gone through a public process, received a public hearing, or ever voted on by the City Council.
