John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn provided a Bench Handout, entitled, "Bids for En- <br />hancement Project at County Road C and Lexington;" a"Chronol- <br />ogy;" and several photos and diagrams related to the City Hall campus <br />and curved sign versus straight sign differences in viewing angles; and <br />referenced a report from the early 1990's by RLK Architects and a <br />Master Plan prepared for the campus. <br />�� Mr. Kysylyczyn opined that, prior to expending $50,000 of taxpayer <br />� l monies for a$50,000 monument sign for the City Hall campus, that <br />��� they review those previous documents. <br />�� <br />�4 Mr. Kysylyczyn questioned the location of several sculptures previ- <br />�5 ously donated to the City by Ro�edale Center; and suggested the <br />�� Council consider a curved monument sign for more visibility and a <br />�� larger viewing area, rather than a straight sign. <br />�� <br />��7 <br />L J L+ <br />.� 1 <br />3� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />4. Council Communications, Reports and Announcements <br />a. Mayor Klausing noted the death of Mr. George Reiling on April 1, <br />2007; recognized his many years of participation in the community; <br />and on behalf of the community, staff and City Council, expressed <br />condolences to the Reiling family. <br />b. Mayor Klausing thanked the volunteers involved in the Earth Day <br />Celebration over the weekend for a successful event. <br />
