Mr. Anderson noted that, upon mo- �� tion and unanimous vote of the Council (410), the special meeting was closed 1� and the Council convened in a Closed Executive Session at S:4S pan, for an �.� update from City Attorney Scott Anderson regarding litigation with Axel's �] Charhouse and their alcohol violation appeal; and Twin Lakes litigation and � r? meetings taking place with plaintiffs. �� �� . �� �� �� �� �� ... .�� �] �� 3� �� �4� �� � •'Y Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order for April: Ihlan, Kough; Roe; Pust and Klausing.) Mayor Klausing advised Councilmembers and the audience that Council- member Kough was out ill; and on behalf of the community, City Council and staff, wished him well and a speedy return. City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. �. Approve Agenda Staff requested removal, at the request of the applicant, of Consent Agenda Item 7.c entitled, "Preliminary Approval and Set Hearing — Preliminary Ap- proval and Set a Public Hearing to Provide Conduit Financing for Centennial East Apartments."
