Could only have a positive/effective outcome.
Diversity/Affordability of Housing
■ A very lovely wooded area was totally destroyed. Estate taYes will go up as they already have.
Families/Schools
■ Bringing young families to the neighborhood is good. Continuing to improve the properties in Roseville will
contribute to growth and development for our city.
Fit/Context of Neighborhood
■ I felt that we didn't need that many homes on approximately 2 1/2 -3 acres. I felt that 2-3 homes would have been ok.
■ Too many large homes built on a small tract of land.
■ The lots in this area are large, and the loss of privacy, the increased noise & increased traffic was unwelcome. Those
lots are out of proportion to the rest of the neighborhood.
■ Added traffic, trees removed, construction noise. 10 houses is too much. Housing market has changed.
Habitat/Open Space/Trees
■ Potential impacts on wildlife and runoff (stormwater and spring snow melt).
■ A very lovely wooded area was totally destroyed.
