Mr. Lloyd noted tha� som� neighbors were supportive of the use of the RV for li�ing quariers d�aring construction; and others had expressed oppnsiiinn, eo�cerned with ti�� duration, and possit�ie temparary relocafion of the RV to the street to faei[itate consiruction. Staff noted prsvious approva9 for Mr. Alexander, 92Q Parker Avenue, wiih staff recqnsidering support of such temporary living q�ariers based on numerous considerations.
