As a homeowner, I baught iny horne with t�e unders�anding the the character a�' my �eig�borhoad wauld rernain relatively unchanged. If � had krio�vn that so�neor€e could buy a�ot, �ear down a hnuse, split the lat ar�d build twn or �ore houses on the lot, I would �iave looked in another city to buy a house. I alsa would Iike to point aut that Rosevi�le daes not have th:e largest mizai�raurrz lot sizes in t�e metrapolitan ar�a, Sevexai cities k�ave zaning areas whare t�Ze lot size is larger than in Roseville. The camr�ission was less than I�onest by nat admitting that therc are zones in several cities that ha�ve larger lot size prflposals. �'�ease canszder �.y concerns, as � know that t�ey are the c4nce�s of many of my fellow Roseville cziizens.
