Comrr�issianer poher�y <br />supportec[ lonking at the process in the future to cfarify and sireamline the reznning <br />process. Commissioner Boerigter opined that the Commission was nat abligaied io <br />rezone khe property at this time. <br />Further discussion ensu�d regarding the nutraber af uses thai would be allowed in <br />addition to a speciaity grocery store. <br />Cnmmissioner Gasongo clarified the requested aciion and future rezoning proeess <br />considerations ta pravide more ciear distinctio�s and avaid overlaps in zoning <br />distriets. Commissinner Gasongo spoke in suppori of ma�ing forward wi�h �his <br />application, and look in the future ati a possible text revision. <br />Mr. Stark clarifisd tihat fihis rezoning request was in eompliance with the <br />Cnmprehensive F'lan, unlike a single-family residenfial io multi-family residential <br />
