DECLARATION <br />I{We) agree to perform the responsibilities of a licensed care facility in the City of Roseville, <br />within an "R-1" residential single family detached housing low density zoning district, consistent <br />with the requirements and permitted uses of that zone including but not limited to: <br />1. The single family home shall remain a single family home during the licensed facility use <br />as permitted by City Code Sections 1004.015, 1004.016 and 1004.02. <br />2. Improvements to the building shall meet all applicable building and life safety code. <br />3. The single family home shall not be converted to a duplex or other use not permitted <br />within the district. Upon completion of use or sale, I(we) will not attempt to rent, lease, <br />or sell this structure as a duplex or other non-conforming use based on the improvements <br />made for the licensed z-eside��xtia� use within the structure. <br />4. The single family home used for a licensed residential facility shall not be used for or <br />converted to offices, storage or management for sites other than the single family house <br />listed above. <br />5. The structure shall comply with all surface and roof coverage requirements (maximum <br />30°/o impervious surface for the lot). The site shall provide paved off-street parking as <br />required by the City Code Section 1018. <br />6. Trash and recycling will be stored i���.side the structure be totally screened as required by <br />City Code Sections 402.09, 4f}3.I2, and 1010.11. <br />7. The structure shall be maintained in accordance with the City Code property maintenance <br />requirements (for all properties). <br />8.
