I Distribution of Draft Copies <br />� Draft copies of each of the components of the plan (or changes thereto) will be available <br />a at the City Hall-Community Development Office and the City Manager's office, <br />� Roseville library, on CD disk, the city web site, and other locations as determined by the <br />� committee. <br />� Planning Commission, Commissions, and Boards <br />' The public is welcome to attend the regular monthly meetings. At their meetings, the <br />� chair or staff will report on the progress, issues, and activities of the respective <br />ta committees, commission, boards. Monthly preliminary drafts of the comprehensive plans <br />i ti will distributed. <br />-I ] Newsletter <br />1�� Articles in the quarterly city newsletter will be distributed to the city mailing list of <br />1� residents and renters and to anyone who express an interest in receiving it. <br />�k Newspaper <br />I� The City will send a press release to the official city newspaper (currently the Roseville <br />�� Review) announcing all meetings of the comprehensive plan committees and meetings <br />]? for public comment. In addition, the City will periodically send a press release out on the <br />-1 � progress of the plan. The local media will be encouraged to attend and report on what <br />i� takes place at the comprehensive planning committee meetings. <br />-� Informational Presentations at Local Organization Meetings <br />� E The City will request to be invited to speak to local organizations on the planning process <br />�x that is taking place in the city. As part of the presentation members of the local <br />�� organizations will be encourage to participate in the planning process, and at least read <br />� the papers and look at draft copies of the plan to stay informed about the comprehensive <br />���� planning that is taking place. The organization will be given comment cards to add new <br />° r� ideas to the planning process. <br />� <br />
