Paul. <br />In 1999 fihe City Co�ncil ap�roved the rezoning of pro�erty {.SQ acres)located at 1g40 <br />Lexington Avenue North from B 1, Limited Business Dis�rict ia B-PUD, Bus�ness- <br />Flanned Unit Deve�o�rnent. The rezoning aIlowed Cryogenic Labarator�es ta <br />redevelapment and expand their curreni of�"ice/labara�ary into a retail, a�'fice and <br />labQratQry facility. <br />�n 2002, the P�az�ing Caznzx�issio� and Cauncil approved a 2 acre z�a.ixed use project at <br />the southeast corner of Lexington and Roselawn Aven�es. Th� dev�Iopers, throug� a <br />PUD created �igh cl�nsi�y housing {22 housing units for t�e handicappec�) and a 21,000 <br />sq�are foot, 3-stozy of�'ice buiiding.
