Ms. Hu1me <br />opined he:r oppositiot� for �ny development or rezoning that <br />wou�d gene�rate add'z�iana� traff c; further opined that �he curren� <br />zoning was adequate and used appxop�iate�y; ��d addressed <br />additional drainage concerns in the area w�th additional <br />deve�opment. Ms. Hu�me further opin�d that people werc <br />eoncerned about the parcel use and zoning, but w�re unaware o� <br />the proposa�. <br />Mayor K�aus�ng c�osed th� Publzc Hearing a� $:17 p.m. <br />Ih�an moved to deny the motian £ar rezon'rng.
