The reconnr�aendations are based on tl�e findings in Seciion 5 af the project reporl �ated Jan�a�y <br />30, 204G and the fQ�lowing conditians: <br />a. The City policy is to r�quzre �ayrnent a� t�e Me�ro Aarea �ewer Availability Charge <br />(�AC) upon the issuance of a buildrng pennit. In t�is case, a$1,504 SAC %e is <br />required per new pareel arid will be coilected wit� t�e issuance of a building perxxzit for <br />Pareel "A" and "C" <br />b. Since ihis parcel is great�r tl�an � acre, Race Caree�C Watersh�d rn�st review and approve <br />this minor subdivisinn prior to the City Manager's final appraval �orr reeording. <br />c. Par� dedication fees of $1,004 per paree� is r�quired �'or �arcels "A„ ar�d "C" at the time <br />c�ib�ilding pennit Tl�e applicant �nust z-ecord the three �ot �rtinor subdivision survey <br />withir� b0 days after th� approval of the City Council. <br />d.
