' <br />Mr. Ceorge Letendxe, 2121 Wes� Cou�aty Road B, stated t�at the va�iance statute was not <br />�aet (undue hardship, �.z�iquez�ess o� �ne site, and aliering the eharact�r of the site). He <br />cited the Van Landershoo� Case as a similar circurnstance. The applicant is se�ling the <br />site, t�ere is no hardsk���. Tl�e nei�hborhood is not about sma111ots — ihe average is <br />approxirr�ately 24,000 s.�. Claair Traynor asked if Forman used t�o variance and stz�l could <br />subdivide — would this be preferai�le`? L�tendre said he felt t�ese alternatives would not <br />ia�e plaee �ecause o�th� cast to do thern, but wotzld be opposed beeause of drainage and <br />�o� coverage. <br />J'o�l Cheney, 2172 Acorn Raaci, sugg�sted a 2 lo# subdivision. <br />T�ere being no further eomment, Ci�air Tz'aynor closed t�e �earing. <br />Ghair Traynar expressed concern about tlae impact on t�e site, neighboarhood and Acozn <br />Road and has reservatioz�s an the va�iaz�ces.
