On August 12, 2005, your employe�, Raxanne Cossny Loth, was c�ted by the Roseville Po�ice Depariment for serving alcohvl �o an unc�er-ag;ed iridivadual. Green Mill does nat contest the fact ihat �his violatinn taok p�ac�. Youx serv�r did indeed provide alcohoi tc� a minor. Accordingiy, the Palice Chief sent yau a noiice fining you �5t30 and suspending your liquor licer�se for one�day. This is the pen�.lty pr�scribed under the Roseville City Code.
