Qld Chicago does not co�testi the fact that this �iola�ion took <br />pl.ace. Yaur server did indeed provide alcohol to a r.�incar. <br />Accardingly, �he Pnlice Chi�f s;ent you a notice �'ining you $500 and <br />suspendirig your liquor lieense fo�- one=day. This is the pen�ilty <br />prescribed under the Rose�ailli, City Code.
