CHANGES. <br />The City �nay, from �:iine to tim�, req�aest changes �n this Agreement, incl�iding the <br />Section � Scope af Services ta l�e perform�d he�-eunder. Such ci�a�ages, �n€itually agreed Eipon by <br />and betwee�a the City and the Consultant, ii�cltizdi��g any increase oz' dec�'ease in the ainot�a�t of <br />Co�zst�ita��f's compensation, shalI be i��caiporated in written a�ne�ldments to this Agreeir�ent. <br />Vi�. ASSIGNMENT. <br />This agreement shaIi not be assigned, sublet, or transfei7'ed without tihe written consei�t of <br />tl�e City. <br />X. CONFLICT OF INTEREST <br />The Consultant agrees to imn�ediately alert the Coiltract Administrator(s) of possihle <br />cont�-acttlal coa�flicts of interest in repr�senting the City, as well as property owners or de�eiopers <br />on tl�e sa���e prnject.
