Propasal for Twin Lakes Grant Management Per your request, the following is a praposal for consulring services for the City of Roseville (�he client) with Barsness Consulting Services, Tnc. (BCS) �egard�zag grant ma�agement in association with the Twin Lakes Redeve�opment Project. The City of Roseville has the oplaon to select and refine which se�vices and the amount of hours it wishes �o contract. The con�ract proposal includes an hourly rate p�us a not to exceed aznount. Based upon rz�y experience with the City of Raseville and the Twin Lakes Project, I believe that I could provide efficient service regarding the n�anagement of grants for Twin Lakes thraugh BCS.
