Term. This agreement shall be effective upon the approval af the City of Roseville and executi�n of a contract for cansulting services. The agreement s�iall continue far one year through December of 2pOb and subject to written renewal by th� parties far subsequent one year terms. Texanaination of the agreerr�ez�t parior to December 20Db can be made by either party within 30 day written notice. Cornpensation. The fees �'or the management of existing appraved grants and loans as outlir�ed abav� wiil be billed on an hourly basis of $100 per hour. The proposal for services is expected to not exceed $10,000 for 2006. Any services abave and beyond the not to exceed amount must be sublect to the review and written approval of the Client. It is understood that the City will seek reimbursement for the costs associated with the prapasal from the Redeveloper per the redevelopment con�'act approved on Jun� 20, 2005. Expenses such as printing, postage, long-distance telephone, etc. are billed to the Client at cost. All invoices are payable within fifteen (15) days ofreceipt af an in�oice showing th� wark completed and the direct costs for expenses to be reviewed and approveci by the Cornrnunity Development Director. All products praduced for the Ciry af Roseville by BCS, Inc. are the ownership af the City of Roseville and stored. within City digital and physical files at Raseville City Hall.
