T�e agreement shal� continue for ane year through December of 2Q06 and subject to written renewal by the parties for subsequent ane year tez-ms. Termination of �he agreement priar to December 2006 can be made by either party within 30 day written notice. Compensa�ion. The fees associated with the fac�itation of any new grant or loan applications shall be bz�led on an hourly basis of $100 per hour with a not to exceed amount of $S,OOa fvr each individual grant ap�lication cycle. Any services a6ove and heyond the not to exceed arnount must be subject ta the review and written approval oFthe C�ient. It is understaod that t�e City w�ll seel� reimbursement for the costs associated with the propasal frozxi the Redeveloper per the redevelopment eontract approved on June 2Q, zaas Expenses such as printing, pastage, long-distance telephone, etc. are billed to the Client at cpst. Al1 invoices az�e paya��e within fifteen (15) days of receipt of an invoice showi�g the wor% completed anci the direct costs fbr expenses to be reviewed and appraved by the Community Develap�nent Director. All products produced f�r the City of Raseville by BCS, Iz�c. are the ow€�ership of the City of Roseville and stored within City digital and physical files at Ros�ville City Hall.
