We use this <br />infarmation to develop capitaI improvement plans and in the dev�lopment of the an�zual budget <br />rec�uest in these areas. We also work closely with Ramsey Cauniy and Mn/DOT on <br />improvements ta C�ty infrastructure as a part of their road improvemen� projects within <br />Roseville. 2006 proposed construction is a larger program than recent years due to mdving <br />%rward t�e Sauth Owasso Boulevard Project and t�e ChatsworthlLovell Project from previous <br />years' construction plans. The fallowing are improverne�ts which we are recommending far the <br />2006 construction season. <br />1. Pavement Mana�ement Pro�ram Proiects: Each year the Public Works Department <br />evaluates infrastructure needs based on the City's Pavement Management Program anc� <br />assessment of utility infrastructure. We propase to include the fallowing street seganents <br />in our 20�6 reco�struction contracts: <br />MiII and Overla <br />Merrill Street (Fernwood to Count Road C2) <br />�'ernwood Street (Merrill Street to Jose hine Road} <br />Belair Cirele {Fernwood Street to cul- de- sac.} <br />Walnut Street (west city bdzy to Rose Place} <br />Judith {Gri s ia end) <br />American Street (Count Road B-2 to enc�) <br />S. Owasso Blvd, Roseiawn Ave, Lovel� Street, ancl Chatswozth Ave a�l include property <br />assessments and have all been approved far construction by the City Council. <br />The Mill and Overlay Streets as well as Terminal Road reconstruction are projects that <br />
