We <br />have developed an inventory of these facilities and would like to include tY�e following <br />locations for reconstruction this year; Langton Lake pathway (surface treatrnent) {County <br />C pathway from �xford St to Victoria St), and Lexington Avenue pathway (County D to <br />Co�znty C2). The parking lots included this year; Rosebrook wading poollot, Villa Park <br />Iot, and overlay a portion of the PubIic works yard. These will be funded using <br />pathway/parking lot maintenance funds. Work would be campleted using City forces and <br />cor�tractual work. <br />3. Ioteragency Participatipn: We have been working with the State and County an a <br />number of different projects. Two of them are proposed to start canstruction this year. <br />They are: <br />1 Phase II: County Road C reconstruction & str�etscape. This praject is the complete <br />recanstruction of County Roact C between Snelling Service Drive and Oxford Street. <br />The City is cost sharing in sidewalk, curb and g�tter, stained and impressioned <br />concrete, streetlights, utility rehabilitation, at�d storm pond construction. This project <br />is anticipated to take one year io complete, and will be underway in Ap�i1. This <br />project will be funded using utiliry infrastructure funds, assessments, and Municzpal <br />State Aid funds. We will be bri�ging you this project in March for a F�zbiie Hearing. <br />♦ Cleveland Avenuel Counry Raad B intersec�ion- This is a County praject io add <br />capacity and safety to this intersection. Imprnvements include new signals, and <br />adclitional t�.un lanes.
