Continued Public Hearing for Roselawn Avenue Stareet Resolution 10371 <br />Reconstruction Project and Consider Ordering Improvement Plans, Specs & Ad <br />Mayoar Klausing noted �hat this Public Hearing was continued �or Bids Roselawn <br />from ihe January 9, 20�6 regular meeting. Recon�tructian - <br />City Engineer D�bra BXoom provided a brief overview of the <br />2006 Roselawn Avenue Reconstrucfiion Project. Ms. Bloom <br />noted that approval by Falcon Heights was pending at this time; <br />and fiirthear noted that staff was recommending Option B as <br />outlined in the Request for Council Aciion dated January 30, <br />200b, setting an assessment rate at $2S.OS/foot.
