Ms. Bloom noted that the proposed assessment rate would be similar to that on ih� �outh Owasso Boulevard project and would a�so be closer to the Fa�con Heights assess�nent ra�e and across city baundaries. At Mayoar Klausing's request, Ms. Bloom reviewed the project cost breakdown and funding (via Minnesota State Aid, Ramsey County, assessments and utility Enterprise Funds) participation. Ms. Bloom review�d the assessment deferral process available as applicable; and �he projected work plan/schedule with construction anticipated in May o� 2d0fi and completion anticipa�ed in August of 2006 prior to the State Fair. At Couneilmember Ihian's requ�st for the responsible party for maintaining the daylilies, M�. Bloam advised that the Ci�y of Falcon Heigh�s had committed to their maintenance, in additian to snow removal from the pathway.
