City Council Regular Meeting — 01/30/06 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 16 <br />Councilmember Ihlan expressed her discomfort with the <br />conflicting zoning within a single project; her preference for <br />appro�al as a PUD. <br />Deveivper's Representative, Bob Barth, Bonestaroo & <br />Associates <br />Mr. Barth, on behalf of the owners, recognized the difficulties of <br />the si�e; but noted the compromises reached and application <br />presented reflected and represented the firm's commitment �o <br />remain in Roseville. <br />Mayor Klausing emphasized to staff the n�ed to ensure that the <br />storm water system and structural mechanisms were in place to <br />provide the City access to the underground system as may be <br />dictated in the fu�ure. <br />There was no one from the public seeking ta comment on the <br />application. <br />Further discussion included the variance request and impacts in <br />�ieu of a site plan; zero lot line requirements and uniqueness of <br />the parcel; other similar parc�ls within the cammunity that have <br />zoning lines going through the middle af structures; <br />identification of a hardship due to the unique circumstanc�s; and <br />variance from ten foot setback requirements. <br />[� l.l — Pubiic Improvement Contrac�] <br />Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, approval/DENIAL of a Public <br />Improvemen� Contract between the City of Roseville and the <br />developer, Bonten, Inc., d/b/a Bonestroo & Associates, for public <br />improvements included in the Bon�en First Addition Final Plat. <br />Roll Call [111— Public Improvement CantraCt] <br />Ayes: Pust; Maschka; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />[� 1.2 — Easement and Vacation Agr�ement� <br />Pust moved, Ihlan secanded, approval/DENIAL of an Easement <br />and Vacation Agreement between the Ci�y ofi Roseville and the <br />developer, Bonien, Inc., d/bla Bonestraa & Associates. <br />
