After a Uill or rt�eznorial or joint resolution has been passed by both houses, it s�aall b� carefully and properly enrolled by the Revisor of Statu#es �znder the direction of the �ecretary of the Senate fbr a matter originating in the Senate or the Chief Clerk of the House for a matter originating in the House. The �nrollment s�al� be prepared on arehival quality paper approxirriately 8 ll2" x 14" in size and may he produced by means of a capying machine. An enrolled bill slaalI be laheIed "An Act" hut otherwise shall be iden#ical to t�ae bill passed by tl�e Legislature. Other enrallznents shall be identical to the merr�oriai or joint resolution passec� by the legislature. The Revisor of Statutes shall obtain the sigzzatures and certificates af the proper officers to the enrollment. A joint resolutian applying to the Congress of tl�e United States to call a convention for proposing amendments to the Constitutian of the United States, ratifying an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, proposing an amendment to the Minnesota Co�astitution, or prescribi�g the compensation af j�zdges shall not be �resented to the Governor foar approval but sha[1 be deposited by t�e Revisor of Statutes with the Secretary of State.
