NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Rosevill� City Council, to grant <br />a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ta Big City Ventures, Inc. and Oops Theater to allow "live <br />entertainment" (dinner theater} in the lower Iever Twin Cities Roam nf Big City Tavern 2S 10 <br />Sneliing Avenue, based an the findings of Sectian 5 o#�t�e project repart dated �'ebruary 27, 2006 <br />and subject to the following conditions: <br />�. The owr�er (Big City V�nf�.ires LLC} must enter into a"Prooi of Parkin� <br />Agreement" with the Community Development Departrr�ent per Sectian 1018.12 <br />or the Rose�ille City Code. <br />2. The theater must store all props and displays within the building or within a <br />screened enclosure on the prerr�ises approved by the Coamznunity Development <br />Departnr�ent. <br />3. The theater signage will be considered separate and must meet the requirements of <br />Section 1009 ofthe Roseville City Code. <br />4.
