The Commur�ity Develapment Department cancurs with the <br />Planning Commission recommendation. <br />3.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />3.1 ADOPT a RESOLUTION APPROVING a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in <br />accordance wiih Section 1013.OI of the Roseville City Code for �aryday Partnership & <br />Unlimited Potential In Education, Inc.
