EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CYTY COUNCTL �F THE CITY UF R45EV�LLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting af the City Council of the City af <br />Roseville, Caunty of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on th� 27th day of February, 2006, at 5:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were pr�sent: <br />Cauncil Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR SARYDAY PARTNERSHIP & UNLIMITED POTENTIAL IN EDUCATION, INC. <br />(JACK & JILL PRESCHOOL, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1013 OF THE <br />ROSEVILLE C�TY C�DE, ALLOWING A 12,000 SQ. FT. DAYCARE CENTER <br />TQ OCCUPY 5PACE WITHIN THE EXISTING MULTI-TENANT STRUCTURE AT <br />2701— 2729 LINCOLN DRIVE (PF370G) <br />WHEREAS, Saryday Partners�ip & Unlimited Potential in Education, Inc. (Jack & Jill <br />Preschool) have requested a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section 10I3 of <br />the Roseville City Code to allow a 12,000 sq. ft. daycare center to flccupy a portion of the multi- <br />tenant structure at 2701 — Z729 Lincoln Darive; azad <br />WHEREAS� �he property {270� -2729 ��nco�nDr�ve) is iegally descrihed as: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Krank 2"d Addition, subject to road in Documea�t No. 2712� 89 and <br />excluding �he east 2a feet of the south 129 feet. <br />PIN 04-29-23-41-0030 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1005.OI5 requires daycare centers to receive a Conditional Use <br />Permit consistent with Sectian 1 � 13 of ihe Roseville City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposal k�y �aryday Partnership & Unlimitec� Potential in Education, <br />Inc. {Jack & Jill Preschool) seeks to occupy a 12,000 sq. ft. vacant portion oi the existing multi- <br />tenant structure at 2701 — 2729 Lincoln Drive as a daycare center; and <br />WHEREAS, tl�e 1'lanning Cammission held a public hearing on February l, 2006 <br />concluding fhat the proposal is consistent with the criteria of Section 1013 of the Roseville City <br />Code; <br />WHEREAS, the Planni�g Comrnission voted {6-0) to recommend approval oi the <br />request, subject to �4 conditions. <br />
