NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant <br />a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to Saryday Partners�ip & Unlimited Potential in Education, <br />Inc. (�ack & JiII Preschool) for occupancy zn a 12,OOQ sq. ft. space at 2701 — 2729 Lincoln Drive, <br />based on the iindings of Section 5 of t�e project repart dated February 27, 2006 and subject to <br />the following canditions: <br />1. The playgraund aarea r�aust be screened to a minimum height af 4 feet. <br />2. Maintaining the southeriy drive lane andlor provide documentation thai an <br />easement or jaint use agreement exists on/£or/or ovear th.e adjaceni drive lane <br />(1601 -- 1677 Lincoln Drive) allowing legal delivery and pick-up af goods and <br />services. <br />3. AlI signage rneeiing tl�e multi-tenaz�t business sign require�nents of section 1009 <br />oftl�e Roseville City Code. <br />4. All trash and recyclables being handled inside the struciure — no outdoor or <br />detached trash enclosure permitted. <br />5. Tl�e CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT shall expire wit�in six months after the <br />approval date (Ac�gust 27, 2006) unless that applicant has been granted a building <br />permit. <br />The rnotion �or the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Co�ncil <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the foliowing voted against: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
