N�W THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, fio grani <br />a COND�T�ONAL USE PERMIT to Rose Hill Alliance Church, 2105 Roselawn Avenue, based <br />on the findings of Section 5 aithe project repart dated February 27, 2006 and subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The site being developed per the site plan in the applicatian dated Novemher 1 l, <br />2005. <br />2. The church entry and school addition, and associated improvements being lirnited <br />to a faotprint not exceeding 4,200 square feet. <br />3. The worship center and associated additian/improvements being cozzaprised of <br />brick, metal trim, azid �x�etal or aluz�ninum windaw and door frames that <br />blendlcomplement the existing building, or concrete pre-casfi panels, <br />architecturally designed to blendleompliment the exi�ting t�uilding. <br />4. The submittal of a grading/drainage/erosion/storm water management plat� for the <br />site to the Rice Creek Watershed for review ancl comment and to the Roseville <br />Public Works Department for review and approval. <br />5. The entry additio� shall be limited ta a maximum height of 28 feet from grade, <br />while the classroom/office/li�rary addition �hall mafieh tl�e existing building <br />height (18 feet) feet from grade. <br />6. The existing trash dumpster (adjacent to detached accessory structure in. rear yard} <br />shall be screened from view. Seetion I010 (Design Standards) allows the <br />duampster to be screeneci by installing a solic� board-on-board fence and gate. <br />7. AlI �-IVAC equiprr�ent a:�d emergency po�+er genaration (if conte�nplated) shall be <br />screened from vies. Sectian 1010 {Design Standards} ailows suc�. zx�echanical <br />devices to be screened by installing a solid board-an-board fence <br />$. A landscape plan to include irrigation of the couriyard if na raFn garden or <br />in�'iltration systez�n is used af the improved area. <br />9.
